Employee questions - Bonus & Vacation Time

snoopy- I'm curious, do you know the vacation difference is regional or management vs craft. We get 1 week the year we start, after January of the following year 2 weeks, 3 weeks after 7 yrs, 4 weeks after 15 and 5wks after 25, plus in my dept we get a week of voluntary unpaid time after 10 years.
