Emoji Blitz - data download

I don’t play everyday but maybe twice a week. But it seems like every time I open the app it requires a new data download. It’s really frustrating.

Not a true app update, but just a data download.

Is this happening to anyone else, or is it just me because my phone getting old (iPhone 6s)?

Yeah, I play about twice a week myself and that also happens to me. The more I play though the less that seems to happen?
