Wonderful highlights and final wrap-up! It's awesome that you have another trip coming up in a few months, and the plans look great - you're trying so many new resorts and restaurants! I really hope you enjoy Jiko, since it's one of my favorite signatures (up there with Artist Point).
As for Be Our Guest dinner and Narcoossee's...good luck! Both places have been receiving somewhat inconsistent reviews recently. That said, our last meal at Narcoossee's was very good, and BOG gets a pass for being brand new. Maybe they'll work things out over the next few weeks (and if they don't, you can let us know).

Fantastic way to wrap up! I already can't wait for the next reportNot long to go at all, thats usually when we're at WDW but this year we choose May as its DS's first birthday at the end of Feb and we wanted him to be a little bigger on our trip.

As for your dining plans for Feb., they look great! I know Be Our Guest has gotten some iffy reviews, but I think that's just because it's new and they're still irking out the bugs. I went there a couple weeks ago for dinner and LOVED it! Our server was attentive and so friendly, and everything I ate was wonderful. Plus, the atmosphere is just indescribable. It's gorgeous. Definitely a must-do for every trip from now on!
I noticed that you were also concerned about San Angel Inn. I went there in August and my entire family loved it! The ambience is so peaceful and beautiful, and the food was excellent. Our particular server was very courteous as well. I hope you enjoy San Angel and Be Our Guest as much as we did!

It was wonderful and honestly, I don't think there is a bad seat in the house! Cute family. You look way too young to have 4 children.Before I post my 'Ohana dinner review I have a quick real life update to share.
I shared last week that we were spending time with our youngest son and his wife before he is deployed to Afghanistan in December. We had some great family time and I wanted to share a photo of me with all 4 of my kids (a rare occassion!)
The day he left to go back to Texas, I had a business trip to Las Vegas. (Seriously, it was business even if I had a ton of fun and parties to attend!)
Since this is a DR, here's a few of the dishes that were amazing. The photos are not great since I didn't use the flash. (I didn't especially want to draw attention to the fact that I was photographing my food - rather like my own dirty little secret!)
