I was beginning to think I had imagined it..except that my husband had caught a glimpse also..and asked me who it was..whoever she is..that's just plain tacky...there has to be one every single year that does something like that..good thing this one didn't have a 'wardrobe malfunction'..as there wasn't much left to the imagination as it was!
Thanks for finding it..prob will be on the Fashion Police tonite..but the mystery was killing me..lol!
