If you could choose one which would you choose and why, extra magic morning or disney after hours? Of course the morning would be substantially less $$ but the after hours would include more time and attractions so I am torn on which to do!

We chose EMM mostly because my kids probably wouldn't be able to fully enjoy DAH...however, of it would have just been myself and husband....or if the kids were older....I'd rather do DAH.

Done both and it depends on why you are doing it.

If it's to do more rides, and repeat .... then DAH if your whole gang can handle the hours.

If it's for the empty Fantasyland, the experience, the breakfast buffet then do EMM. The rides are pretty limiting.

I actually did both with my DS5 last May, and while I really enjoyed both, the EMM is for a very limited audience. Early in the trip was just the two of us, so EMM was not too much money, and riding SDMT 10+ times was definitely an amazing experience for him. While that was fun, we were with a family for DAH, and it was probably the best experience I have ever had at Disney. Every ride was a walk on, and there were times when we felt we were the only ones in the park. For the whole family, I would definitely say DAH is worth the extra expense.

I personally would do DAH. Riding 7dmt 6+ times, other rides in NFL, and breakfast for that price doesn't interest me at all.

We've done both more than once. DAH is our favorite. We are doing it again in a couple weeks, provided the weather cooperates.
EMM is good, love in the summer that we got up, out and started before the heat built. Enjoyed the breakfast. Would do it again even though ideally, I'd like to see them add a character or two, or something (like they do at HS)

My preference is the late night hours as my family does not like to get up early, and early hours are not worth the fight.

DAH appeals to me more personally, but if you have young kids the EMM might be a better bet since it won't keep them up so late.

I lote for the DAH I did this lest year and like some else said every ride was a walk on and some times it felt like you were the only ones in the park the CM just seemed so much nicer ( not saying they are not all ready nice but they just seemed happier ) it was so much fun going a gain this year ( infant I extend my vacation by 2 days so I could go again.

I have never done the EMM but to me the few rides ( yes I do like 7DMT) but it just dose not seem worth it to me.

EMM is the fit for us, but we're morning folks and AP holders. You get in, do your rides as many time as you want and then when the hordes descend you go to breakfast. We've done both MK and HS in September and in November and spent an hour on Midway Mania and on 7DMT.

One thing you have to keep in mind about EMM is that you still need a park ticket. DAH is a stand alone.

Of course, you get more of a day with EMM, and if you go in early for DAH you can maximize your time, but you won't get as much actual time in the MK with DAH that you do with EMM+park ticket.

I'd do DAH, because I like the idea of an empty park.
