There is no real pattern to when Disney releases EMM dates for booking. Since it started 4/26/2016, the pattern has been somewhat unpredictable.

The current MK hours for January give us 'clues' as to when EMM might be offered....the dates below show a "Special Ticketed Event: 7:45AM-9AM", which would be EMM. But (and this is a big caveat) you need to take this with a grain of salt since nothing has been officially announced and park hours are subject to change.

If those dates do end up having EMM, I would expect them to be bookable sometime soon. There are several threads where people are watching/anxiously awaiting what's next for EMM.

If you're asking if emm has an impact on MK crowds, it does not. It's a very small event with less than 200 people so it doesn't affect crowds
