Wondering how wdw determines if you are an onsite guest or not? Do you have to use the bracelet on every ride? Can see the 1 hr in am they let you in based on bracelet but for after hrs > ? of protocol?

Are they fp+ for emh?

Thanks, mky

For evenings, they scan your MagicBand (or ticket) at the entrance to every ride before you are allowed to enter the ride queue.

For mornings, they scan your MagicBand (or ticket) at the entrance to the park before you are allowed to enter the park.

No fp+ for emh.

AM EMH: only on site magic bands will allow you in by turning green

PM EMH: everyone enters through FP line or they manually scan everyone's band prior to entering ride. Not on site, it doesn't turn green.

You can be off site and remain in parks during pm EMH but you can't ride anything

I have never had a need for FP+ during EMH, especially in the morning when lots of people are sleeping in.

Yes, there are many attractions that don't offer FP+ during regular hours,
so no scanners are built-in, and no FP entrance.
There are CMs with portable scanners to check guests' MBs.

When we we there in July, they were really lax about checking people's MBs at night, I was watching people just walk on without scanning their bands, especially the later it got at night.
