EMH question?

How does Disney decide to change emh's?
We are going the week after labor day, how should crowds be? 9/7-9/13
(we were going week of labor day but changed)
Will it be very bad for night of joy WE?
Is it likely to have a change of emh's?
We are going to stay at pop!

We went in January, EMH changed 3-4 times while I was planning. We went briefly in April, again several changes. We have a trip coming up in 11 days. The EMH's changed last week!!! Why they change the EMH's I don't know, but I think you can count on them changing. Possibly it has to do with the number of reservations and therefore the size of the crowds.
