EMH question

So I am going on a day trip, not staying in a hotel.
Now, there is a night EMH in MK from 10-12 at night. The normal crowd leaves at 9. Since I am not staying in a Disney property, I cannot attend the EMH right? Or since I am already in the park, no one will know? How does this work when it is at night? Can I stay till 12 and get away with it?

1. Or since I am already in the park, no one will know?

2. How does this work when it is at night?

3. Can I stay till 12 and get away with it?

1. You can stay in the park, but you can't RIDE any attractions.
2. Your ticket or MB will be scanned at the entrance to all attractions.
If it shows you are not a WDW Resort guest, you won't be allowed to enter the ride queue or theater.
