Wondering if anyone can help me with an EMH problem. Here's my situation. In September I am staying seven nights at FW and am getting a seven-day MYW pass. My sister is joining me during my second day at FW and my first day at the parks, which will be EPCOT. She will also have a 7-day MYW pass. The day she is arriving is the evening EMH at EPCOT. Because of her drive, the earliest she can get to EPCOT is 8:00 pm. (I will be there during the day) Regular closing hour will be 9:00 pm.
1) Where at the parks do you get your wristband for the evening EMH?
2) Is the two-hour rule still in effect? Is she out of luck because she cannot get to the park before two hours before closing?
3) Anyone see a solution to this problem? Can I pick up a wristband for her?
Either way she is going to us one day on her MYW pass even if it’s just to walk around.

I don't know where you pick up the wristbands. But as long she is staying at a resort and has her KTW she'll be able to come in and get a wristband. The EMH is for resort guests only. They start giving out the wristbands 2 hours before but that doesn't mean after the 2 hours are up they won't issue anymore. HTH :cool1:

I don't know where the wristbands are picked up but you can ask at the Gate. As long as she has her KTW she will be able to come in and get her wristband. The 2 hour rules is that they start giving out the bands at that time not that after 2 hours they don't issue anymore bands. At least that is the way I understand it. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. HTH Have a wonderful time. :cool1:
Sorry for the double post

You do not have to be in the park with the evening EMH two hours before it starts. The wristband distribution starts at that point so there is no mob of people looking for wristbands at the beginning of EMH. Any Disney resort guest can enter the park with the evening EMH anytime after is starts. You will either be given a wristband at the entrance or told where to obtain one.
