EMH on checkout day?

Help DIS’ers please! Despite having stayed onsite twice, my husband and I can not remember if you receive EMH on the morning you check out of the hotel? If yes how does it work? Can you check out first, then use your EMH or is it visa versa?

Yes you do as they only ask for one of the 3 hotel key cards.

You receive benefits until midnight of your checkout day. Magic Band(s) for your room should have your credentials.

I saw that after I posted, that it was DL.

What I have done in the past (and probably will do again this year) is we get up and go to the EMH first thing in the morning after packing everything up, and then we head back to the hotel just before checkout time to check out. After that we don't usually head back to the parks, we wander around DTD, eat at Jazz Kitchen before it is time to head to the airport.
