EMH on Checkout day?

We are thinking of doing an additional day at MK after dinner, on a day it's open until midnight. It's also a PM EMH day (so I think that means it's open until 2am?). Anyway, that day, we are checking out of AKL and moving offsite, so can we still utilize the EMH since we checked out that day, or no since we are not staying on property that night?

2. You CAN go to EMH.
3. You will always have full on-site privileges on check-out day.
