EMH not yet posted for November

I've been eagerly awaiting the EMH hours for November, to finish my planning for our upcoming trip, and as of this morning, there are no EHM hours posted on the official Walt Disney World Resort website. When I call Disney directly, they tell me that the EMH hours for November aren't available yet. Which leads me to the conclusion that they WILL be changed, although that's only conjecture n my part - I really don't KNOW anything.

Why do other sites post the hours without some sort of * or something, indicating that they are only 'proposed' or 'possible' hours? I have to believe, if more than a few CM's have told me that THEY don't have the hours, that the hours aren't really available - so where are these other sites getting their information? I've seen lots of posts directing people to these other sites, with assurances that they have the hours - but how could they?

I'm specifically not naming any other sites, as I don't want users confused any more by going to them, but y'all know who I'm talking about.

So confused . . .

You took the words right out of my mouth. I was going to post the same questions this morning. I am also going in November and am trying to set up my itinerary.
:rolleyes1 I guess all we can do is wait.

It is so frustrating. First we had to wait forever for the November hours and now we have to wait again for EMH. I know I shouldn't have done it, but I looked at all the other sites that have the "guess" EMH hours, and changed two of our days according to that. I know, silly me....BUT I am so impatient. How much longer are we expected to wait????

EMH November hours....HURRY UP :cool1:  :cool1:

I am hoping the Nov EMH are similar to October, because that is what I have based my plans on. I wish they would hurry up with Nov EMH, so that I can adjust my plans if necessary.

Those other sites are guessing EMH will stay the same as it was through Sept/Oct and most of this year. But I'm w/ you all....I'm thinking Disney may be looking at changing it to improve "traffic" over the holidays. Not to mention the MVMCP that starts up later in the month and closes MK early 4 out of 7 nights/week! So....I too based ADRs on the current EMH schedule....but if things really change....so might my dining plans!!!! I'll be really bummed as I got all the restaurants we wanted at the times we wanted! Oh please please please...keep EMH the same for Nov/Dec....

Well, I'm not shy, I'll say it. Both the DIS and Intercot have them posted. I have been posting about this for several days now. I specifically asked Intercot and they said the reg and EMH hours were released 9/12 and are officially from Disney. The days on each website are different though as far as MGM. Intercot's hours are also the same as the ones predicted at touringplans.com. :confused3 All I can say is, this is getting absurd. If can make my ADR's 100 days out, they should give me the hours then too.

Well, if Intercot knows something that the Disney CM's and webmaster don't know, I'd love to know who runs it  . Seriously, I think it's misleading of them to post before the official announcement, but on the Internet, it's really caveat emptor - Let the Buyer Beware.

I'm going over to Intercot and printing out the page with the hours on it, so I can compare to the official ones when they come out. Just for my own curiosity, mind you.

No matter what happens, the important thing is that WE'LL ALL BE AT OUR HAPPY PLACE, right  ??

I don't know if you saw it but, I just posted on a new thread. I called Disney for my specific time frame in Nov. and they gave me the hours. I would just call and ask.

:rotfl: :rotfl2: :badpc: :bored: :yo-yo: :worship: :crazy2: :sad2: :rolleyes1
I couldn't stand the waiting anymore!
So, everyone beware, the DIS hours are incorrect for my time frame, the Intercot hours are correct. :wave2:

I just called 407-WDISNEY. The rep I spoke to was surprised that the EMH were not posted on the web site for November. She read off from her computer screen the Nov EMH hours that she had listed. This is what she told me:
AM hours - Monday - Epcot
Tuesday - MGM
Friday - MK
Saturday - AK

PM hours - Sunday - MGM
Tuesday - AK
Wednesday - MK
Thursday - Epcot

No big secret and definitely not misleading. INTERCOT has sources that work within Disney. (DIS and Mike do too.) Just because the information is not on the Disney site does not mean the information has not been released. Goodness - the dates for the holiday parties came out in January. Disney didn't put them up on their site until Springtime.

The Extra Magic Hours schedule is released on the same day as the park hours. If you want the information from *Disney* simply call them when you see the regular park hours are up. The November information is indeed in their computers and has been since 9/12! It all comes out on the same calendar - on the same day.

The DIS schedule has a typo and it's color-coded it wrong. The MGM dates for Sundays should all be evenings in November.

I dunno - anonymous sources who have info prior to official announcements are always just an educated guess in my book. I'm sure they're lovely people and all, and maybe they NEVER post ANYTHING that is incorrect. But maybe they do. More than one CM told me that the November EHM hours were NOT out yet, although the park hours were out (and they were surprised, too). So I'm going to go with Disney and what they post on their website, although it's nice to dream over 'possible' hours.

And happily, to each his own. Some people like to gather info from lots of sources online, and that's OK for them. Me, I'm very big on verified facts - everything else is just conversation.

People will

I honestly can't believe this is STILL going on ... or rather NOT going on. They'll be releasing Dec hours in another week or so...and they still don't have Nov EMH??? :earseek: I have a separate window opened for Disney MK hours and I just hit refresh every now and then and wonder  :badpc: pirate: :rotfl2: (couldn't make up my mind...they all seemed appropriate!)

Exactly.

Just because whoever is responsible for updating and managing the web site has not done it - does not mean the information has not been released. EMH are in the computers for all Disney employees. All you have to do is call.
