If hitting a park on an EMH morning, for Magic Kingdom in particular, is it possible to get on most of the EMH rides during that hour, and then be at Frontierland for regular park opening (rope drop) and get on BTMR w/out a fast pass? Or would the lines be ridiculous already. Third week of October.

I'm not sure how that works, where some of the rides are still closed. Do you just standing in line at the ride? Or is the whole land roped off until official opening?

thanks!

You mention wanting to ride most of the rides that are open during that EMH hour. I dont know for sure how many or which ones you'll be able to ride and still be able to be waiting at the entrance to Frontierland before 9:00.
With that being said, your premise is sound, you can ride some of the rides that are open and then go to wait for the RD at the entrance to FL and ride BTMR. We have done that before (although it's been quite a few years ago).

My main goal of EMH is Space Mountain and Peter Pan. Maybe Buzz if we have time.
I figure we'll walk fast to Space Mountain, Buzz if we are making good time, then get over to Peter Pan. Then I'll be fine to wait in line at Frontierland!

Sound feasible?

I figure if we get on BTMR right at official opening, we can then get on Haunted Mansion and Pirates after before the huge, huge lines start.

Then we'll have a fast pass for later for one the coasters again, plus Splash and Mine Train.

thanks for your help!

Yes, we've done it plenty times in October. Sounds fine to me. Space x2, Buzz x2 (never did PP for EMH so not sure) but based on what we have done it is sound IMO. Then proceed to the rope where you wait for Frontierland to open and head over there as soon as. Your plan looks just fine to me and very doable. Be there ahead of time so you are in the park at 8 am sharp and you're on your way :)

I think you can get everything you want done. However, I would do Peter Pan first, and then head over to Space Mountain and Buzz. I have always had better luck getting PP done 1st as the line tends to get longer faster than the others. You'll most likely get into the park about 5 minutes before opening (right after the opening show) so you'll have a little time to get back to Fantasyland.

Thanks for the advice! And that way I'll be able to tell if I have enough time for Buzz after Space Mountain or if we should just walk (quickly :rotfl:) to Frontierland.

You're all very helpful!:hyper:
