EMH in World Showcase?

Does all of the World Showcase stay open for EMH at EPCOT?

I believe it's just Mexico and Norway. That's what the Disney website says atleast.

This was one of our only dissappointments on our recent trip! We had a 9:00 pm ADR for Teppanyaki and it was also evening EMH night. Well, I asked several CM's if the shops, etc. would be open after our dinner. Each and everyone of the CMs reassured us that all would be open until midnight except for some of the carts. Boy, were we bummed when when got out of dinner! Nothing was open!

I think it has to do with the fact that those two are the ones with the rides, which makes them popular. It says Mexico-El Río del Tiempo, Norway-Maelstrom, The American Adventure. I am not sure how American Adventure was thrown in. But I think it's just the attractions, not much shopping and no entertainment I believe.
