EMH ... Hours?

I looked online and found the calendar and the EMH schedule. But it doesn't say exactly what time it opens or closes on EMH days. Is it definately 1 hour AM and 3 hours PM?

Morning EMH is 1 hr before opening and Evening EMH is 3hrs after closing. So take the time listed and deduct an hour in the AM or add 3hrs in the PM, depending on whether it is AM or PM EMH, and that is the time that the park actually closes for resort guests. i.e if park officially opens at 9am then EMH opening time is 8am. For PM EMH, if park closes at 9pm for regular guests, then EMH closing time is 12pm. I hope that makes sense?

That's what i figured but i guess what confused me is it says on the site "up to three hours" which lead me to believe sometimes it's not three hours.
