EMH hours . . . the same?

i found this link, are all EMH hours the same depending on the day of week?

Also I seen that is shows water park hours early every day of the week?

The EMH hours depend on the official opening time for a particular park. So, it depends on when you are going. If the park opens at 9, then for the morning EMH it would open at 8. If the official opening is 8, then the EMH opening is 7. The day of the week does not matter, it depends on the official opening time. The same holds for the night time. The parks stay open 3 hours later than the official closing, so if the official closing is midnight, then the park will be open until 3 am.
