Do you have to be a wdw resort guest to use fastpass or is it available to everyone?

Do they still issue bracelets for EMH or do you have to show your resort id at each attraction that is open for EMH?

1- FP is free to EVERYONE.

2- No wristbands.
During PM EMH, guests show WDW resort key-cards to enter each attraction.
