EMH Epcot at Night

We're thinking of going to Epcot evening Extra Magic Hour on Thursday night. I'm a little confused since the attractions are basically Future World attractions. Does that mean that Future World is open the extra hours from 7-10? or is it open from 9-12, after the crowds "leave"?? If we get to the park after 9:00, will they let us in to get our wristbands? And where do we get those wristbands? Thanks for ANY information.

Somewhere I read that the hours are only for Future World, but it was just on a thread, not anything official. I would love to know the "official" answer! We will be at MGM next Thursday but if parts of Epcot are open until midnight then hopping might be worth it!

The additional hours are from 9pm-12am.
