There's alot you can do!! Epcot, hit Test Track first.... there is a height restriction on this (I think it's 40", but don't hold me to that...not trying to be judgemental, just managing expectations) so I'm not sure if your DD will be able to ride. Spaceship Earth is open, Honey I Shrunk the Audience would also be a good bets before you're PS. Also, check out Innoventions for some kid friendly stuff....this is also good because you can do it at your own pace.
AK, right to the safari and then check out It's Tough to be a Bug. Then
you could probably hit Asia and the Pangani Trail??? I think that's the name of it.....that's a walk through attraction. Again, if you're short on time after ITTBAB then just head to your PS.
I'm sure there will be other ideas, but thought I'd give my $.02!!
PS (Not Priority Seating) Give yourself about 20 minutes from the Epcot fountain (you'll know what I'm talking about) to your 10:00 PS. It's about a 10 minute walk, but allow extra for "distractions". Same with AK, that way you won't feel rushed!
