EMH and annual passes

We are going in May next year and plan to buy our AP's from CEM or promoparcs, as we will have travelled for over 24 before we reach our apartment (travelling by ferry from Ireland) we are wondering whether we can activate/create our annual passes during EMH or would be better just worrying about annual passes the afternoon we arrive and start a fresh the following day?
With 4 super excited children who will want to do everything the 1st day, I just want to be a bit prepared!

I don't recall the AP office being open in EMH hours - but if you're planning going into the parks on your arrival day anyway, thats not going to be an issue, because you'll be activating your AP that day and making them permanent at the AP office during that day (so remember your passports for ID).

If you decide to not use your temp APs on your arrival day, but wait until the following day, it doesn't matter, you have your temp AP to get into the parks during EMH, then sometime that day you go to the AP office and get them made permanent.

(I'd be doing option 1 - no way I could be near DLP, even if there were only a couple of hours of park time left in the day, and not be in the park ).

In May we had to wait until park opening to exchange our cem annual passes in the passport office, I tried twice to get in for EMH and they wouldn't have it!

there you go OP - even more reason to hit the parks on your arrival day at DLP .
