EMH and Anna and Elsa

We dropped the ball while booking FP+, and failed to book meet and greets for Anna and Elsa. The plan is to race to the line first thing, but are they there during MK EMH or do they arrive at 9:00?

Search my posts and you will find a step-by-step instructions on how to be in the first few groups for A&E. There is a definite right way to do it and you have to be in the right spots at the right times to be at the front of the pack.

Are the wait times long all during evening EMH? I would think it would be way less after 1:00am.
