Emerils was crass

I just returned from a seven day stay at the HRH and Universal with my family. The whole vacation was excellent except for Emerils. I was there two years ago and it was awesome. I also have been to Nola in New Orleans and it was phenomenal. I am also a big fan of Emeril, but after this trip I will not even watch his show again. My family consists of My wife, three sons (4,7 and 10) and myself. I spent $260.00 on a lack luster production line dinner that was like eating at one of the cheap food courts at IOA, but with good service. First of all my wife's fish smelt and tasted like bad fish and my duck was ok (C, cheese pizza, water, Chevy, 25" tv... you get the idea AVERAGE) but the size of a sparrow. My 10 year old son ordered the lamb chops for 30+ dollars and only got 2 chops. The best of all our dinners was my 4 year olds kid steak for $17.00. What a rip off. Afterwards we had to go eat at the HRH. I would not waste your time or money at Emerils. I think Emeril lost touch with his own product. Although the service was good, so I left them $30.00 for a $230.00 bill. Emeril, shame shame.
