Help!!

I have a reservation for Emeril's for my DHs birthday dinner. I'm wanting to find out more about the Degustation that I've heard mentioned.

Can anyone tell me more about it?

It is a pre arranged menu for the evening..you can add the wine pairings and it is wonderful. We have done it a couple times and worth every penny. Hubby and I highly recommend this!!!!

Do you just tell the server that you want to do the Degustation?

Yep..the menu will be at the table when you arrive..so you can see what you will be eating and ask any questions before you chose to do it.

Is it true that everyone at the table needs to participate?

I don't remember if everyone at the table needs to participate..I really don't think so. Just keep in mind...the one who doesn't would be sitting and waiting while you go through all your courses..so not much fun for that person.

Are the wine pairings included or seperate?

Our guest is a teatotaler, and I'd want her to have the opportunity to participate without having to partake.
