Emeril's - cost of cab from Disney resort?

My friend & I want to eat at Emeri'ls but will not have a car. Does anyone know the approx. cost for a cab ride? Also, anyone know where I can find a menu online & do we need reservations?

It was around $12 from Epcot to the Grand Floridian. I am guessing a taxi will cost around $30-$40, but I'm not sure. Mears charges around $12 a person. Florida Tours is about $30-$40.

Why not rent a car for 1 day?

We're only going to be at the Beach Club for 3 days & don't know the area so we're just getting a limo to/from the airport. Do you think it would be more cost effecient to rent a car. We really just planned to hang out at the resort. I know there are enough places to eat within walking distances, but I've always wanted to eat at Emeril's.

If you choose to rent a car they have a car rental(i think it's Alamo)at Swan/Dolphin which is just a walk away from Beach Club.

Last year we stayed at the Boardwalk and got a Mears Shuttle for $12 per person to Universal and back. We stayed after the park to eat at City Walk.
