Emerald Island ?

If you rent a home, are you able to use the clubhouse and spa. My family and a neighbor are renting at EI from seperate owners. My neighbors owner says no but our owner says yes Thanks for any advice

I also own in Emerald Island. You as a guest can use any of the amenities in the club house. There are also amenities on the grounds that are also for your use. The pool is for the whole resort to use. I personally have owned for almost 2 years and have never used the clubhouse pool only because we have our own not for any other reason. The idea that I would walk or drive when we have a pool and spa in our own back yard is silly to me. Have a wonderful trip and stay. Make sure you tell us all about it.
