I am currently researching a villa to say in for our holiday next We stayed in a townhouse with splash pool in WH last time but this time want somewhere with a larger pool seeing as the kids are older and bigger! I've had a really good quote from an owner of a villa in Emerald Island. It is less expensive than the quote I had from WH for the town home and it is more spacious with a larger pool! Either WH have inflated prices or I am getting a bargain!

Can someone give me some idea of the differences between these two communities? emerald Island would appear to be a bit further away from Disney but not by a very long way.

any info would be great!

We have stayed in villas on both WH and EI. EI is slightly further down the 192 but IMHO is in a better spot than WH as there are more new restaurants etc opening up around that area but tbh you are only talking about 3/4 minutes drive between the two communities :confused3

We prefer EI. Not sure why really?!? I guess the villa we had on EI was nicer than the WH one but that is not a reflection on the community though..... It felt as though the villas at EI had more space around them than WH....
Our EI villa had a lovely view, a lot of the villas on WH seemed to back onto one another....

So my vote would be for EI :thumbsup2

Not much help sorry!

That's a great help thank you! We loved WH last time and our townhouse was lovely, but price is a consideration this time and with EI we will get more for our money!
