Do you ever get an upgrade using Emerald Club? I just joined through Mousesavers and I guess I'm not sure how it works. You get to choose any car that they have parked in a certain aisle, even if it's above the class you paid for? Does anybody end up with, say, an SUV after reserving an intermediate?
