Emerald Club Rental History Issues

I am almost sure this is a mistake, but I wonder if anybody else is seeing the same thing.

I am an Alamo Customer and recently applied for the Emerald Club.

When looking at the Emerald Club Rental History I see my prior rentals at Alamo, BUT it shows an amount due on each of the rentals.

Basically, wherever my original rental agreement from Alamo shows price of item as "included", Emerald Club shows an amount. The difference from what I already paid to the total is shown as "amount due".

Example:

Original Receipt (Alamo) (short version)

Time& Dis 321.25
Collision 0.00
Extended 0.00
airport fee 0.00
Tire;battery 0.00

Total 321.25
credit card 321.25
0.00


Receipt (Emerald Club) (short version)

Time& Dis 321.25

Why would your Alamo rentals be on your EC statement? Mine don't show up. My best guess for the difference in price is the fact that they itemized the charges that were included. Why don't you call them? Unless someone has experienced this already all you are going to get is guesses, by calling them you will get a real answer.
