Emerald Club Counter Service?

I am an Emerald Club member and have used the EA in the past. I just noticed that my online reservation says that I will receive Emerald Club counter service for this rental. I made a change on my existing reservation and the first version of the reservation said that my level of service is Emerald Aisle. Anyone know what this is about?

Same here. Did you use any coupon codes? That would explain it as they have to verify and take those from you.

it did this to me too and I just went back in and changed it to aisle svc instead.

I used the Disney Club codes and the change I made was adding my frequent flyer info in. when I just checked my reservation number again, I see where the price is now higher! The strange thing is after I made my change the rate info was the same as the initial reservation but just changed to counter service. grrrr

It seems that when you make a change to a reservation that was originally set up for Emerald Aisle Service, it defaults to Counter service. I don't know why, but I do know National's web site needs a little work... Anyway, like Beverly Lynn mentioned, just go back in and change it back to Emerald Aisle and it should be fine.
