Emerald Aisle ????

I am thinking of using this for the first time on our next trip. Can anyone tell me exactly how the process works at the airport. Where to go, what type of cars are offered, need to go to counter.

Hello-
We used EA a couple of times (although we haven't used at MCO) and have had pretty good luck getting some nice vehicles at various airports including a Camry, PT Cruiser, Galant and a Malibu.
