Emerald Aisle Vs. Emerald Reserve

We have always used Emerald Aisle and know what the deal is there. This trip I have Emerald Reserve booked and we get in late, after 8:00 p.m.. What if the particular vehicle I have reserved is not available? Do they let me pick anything on the Reserve aisle? If so, what vehicles do you normally find on the Emerald Reserve section?

Let me start off with explaing to you what the Emerald Reserve is. It works the same way as the aisle does, but the ONLY thing that will be on the Emerald Reserve is the vehicle you reserved. The aisle is size specific (i.e. Fullsize, Luxury, SUV) so you will only get what you reserved. For the most part, from other renters, if the vehcile you reserved is not there, they will probibly send you to take the size you reserved off Alamo's lot. In the extremly rare chance neither company has the size you reserved, they will probibly let you take anything you want....
