Emerald Aisle Selections - Sunday arrival?

I am thinking of joining the Emerald club. We general vacation Sunday to Sunday. Is there a difference (less of a selection) if we arrive on Sunday? I've seen people mention slim pickins', and I wonder does day of the week impact that?

Also, will an intermediate sized cars offered by National be comfortable for my 6'4" DH, and twin 4 yo's in backless booster seats?
