Emerald Aisle Question

We've been Emerald Aisle members for several years, and we've always just gone with the intermediate-sized, which automatically pops up when we make a reservation. This time I'm interested in reserving a mid-sized SUV. Does that mean I need to go to the counter when I get there, or do I just go out and get into an SUV? What if no SUV's are available?

I believe that you would enter the dates for your reservation and then when the screem comes up with the price you can then select a different car class. When you print the reservation it should show Emerald Reserve. You can then go to appropriate section in the lot and get the car. From what I have read the only time yhou would need to go to the counter is if you use a coupon for a free car class upgrade.
