Im just curious, but what types of things fall into the metal and anything goes categories?
And is this a hostess rule and up to the individual but I realized this is my first go round of swapping and have never swapped with anyone before and please believe me I am not a flaker but Im in 3 groups and should I just be in 2? I want all 3 groups. So if everything is ok, I thank you in advance for trusting me!

Eyelatoutlet has a product called "Quicklets". If anyone is familiar with this product, what area would these fall into? I think they are very cute and easy to work with.

keep asking questions. We do not mind we all where new once also. In the metal group- anything that is metal. Charms are a good example. In the anything goes- anything that can be used for embellishments.

Quicklets are shaped eyelets to me. They fall into that catagory. I will try to take a picture this evening of different size brads.

I think I will be ordering from Eyeletoutlet again! Cant find anything I like elsewhere.

I need to have 5 large OR 10 medium OR 20 small or do I have to do 5 large AND 10 meduim AND 20 small, or is it a combination of them. Sorry for so many questions but I haven't swapped in awhile and I want to get it right.

Also, where is the best place to buy them? How many come in the Got Flowers bottles. Just wondering so I have enough for 9.

You do one of the sizes not all 3. A got flowers bottle should be enough for an entire group.

Dont worry about your battery, I completely understand!
Let me ask you this, can I order from Eyeletoutlet and go by their sizes?
They've got some cool looking brads and can the round ones have any design? Alot of their stuff comes in little packages. Would one of those count as an equal swap?
My M and J dont seem to have any new stuff and thats really all we have here. We get alot of different things when the snowbirds come.
Let me know so I can go shopping!

I've counted out my shaped brads I'll maybe cut the ribbon tonight. Can I just check on "anything goes" - this can be something already in one of the other categories, right? Do they all have to be the same or could I do a "lucky dip"?

I bought everything on Friday...didn't have a list with me though, so I bought orange ribbon for Group A...hope that's OK since someone else is already doing orange.

For the printed ribbon, I bought ribbon that's white with a variety of colored diamonds on it.

I bought fiber that's shades of lime green and turquoise.

I'll probably have this sent out by the end of the week. I'll let you know when it's postal.

The black ribbon I was measuring ran out :earseek!: I forgot DS(8) used some for his topper and tag swap Luckily I found some other black to use, which i hope is OK with everyone

Mazda, I had never heard that phrase "lucky dip" but I like it!
I would be your odd person if you need one. Ribbon is ribbon so I wouldnt mind!

I ordered everything I need for my next two swaps this weekend so Im set now.
I hope I got the right sizes, Kat basically said to use best judgement Mt so Im good.
I got round with a design, hope thats alright, good for AK and shaped are moons.Somrone is in the Contries part of the Tags and Toppers swap that is also doing this and if you do not like the moons please tell me and I will get you something else as you will be getting some on your "tag".

Some of the ribbon is more tape-y than ribbon-y, but its a nice twill tape - you could put halloween rub-ons on it, for example.

I was going to do ribbon for "anything goes" because other than that I haven't got enough of any one thing for 10 people, but then it occurred to me I might have say enough for 10 if one had shaped brads, two had eyelets, 5 had ribbon etc. What do you all think?

I think it sounds great! I had signed up for 3 groups and now wishing I has signed up for anything goes but no one had swapped with me yet and I know most hostesses limit you to 2 groups until, I think, they get to know you.
Which I totally agree with!
I like a mixture because I like surprises! I think thats why I was so happy Kat let me in on the surprise swap. Oh, what goodies will I be getting, along with the is my stuff good enough because Ive never done this before!

By the way, what part of the UK are you in? I spent 10 weeks in South End On Sea one summer.
