They called it a "1-bedroom apartment" when we booked ours on USAA's Explore Cruise and Travel site too. Its really a standard 1-bedroom hotel suite with a bedroom, separate living room with pull out couch and mini fridge and microwave, so no difference. (There are no actual "apartments" there with full kitchens so the wording is misleading. All the rooms there are suites.) We just called the hotel after we booked to put in our request for a 2-doubles suite. All the rooms there have either a king bed or 2-doubles in the bedroom. They had no problems accommodating us and already had us assigned to a 2-doubles room based on our family size.
