Anybody stayed here recently they completed a complete remodel.We stayed here incredibly cheap in July right before it closed.I have to tell you a story.The last day we were there my wife got sick and went through all the kleenex.I went looking for the maid to get another box and a manager said he would get these for me and bring them to the room.He brought them and a bowl of chicken soup for her.

I have stayed in Embassy Suites everywhere never had such a small thoughtful gesture.We are going back for Christmas.

Hilton Diamond. HUGE Embassy Suites fans. Have stayed at one in Downtown Orlando, International Drive, Lake Buena Vista South and here before renovation and was happy to hear they were getting a renovation as it was very much needed. Was getting ready to book it but ....... they have added a RESORT FEE. Not at all happy about this.

$19.95 per night!! "Daily Resort Charge will be added to the room rate and includes: Basic guest internet access; Disney-Universal- Sea World Shuttle; 10percent off spa service; Disney Dive-in movies; 2 bottles water; Use of outdoor amenities; Disney Good Neighbor concierge service; Unlimited 1-800 and local calls."

As a Diamond member my internet is free, I drive to parks, I don't use the spa, I get water already and the pool movie plus other things are free to most resorts. My kids are grown I don't care about all the play areas. I would be getting zero value for $20 plus tax per night. I bounced around several different months and all came out to around $200 a night with tax, AAA rate. For that I'll stick with the LBV South one, it's newer and is much faster getting to parks.
