Hey, I have a wonderfully embarrassing personal question, that I really need an answer to, so I figured I'd ask here. I started doing WW about 6 or 7 weeks ago, and though I've lost just over 25 pounds
I am terribly constipated now, and I just don't know what to do about it. My usual day consists of:
Morning: Cereal and fat free milk
Lunch: Soup with or without some bread or a sandwich
Dinner: Usually some frozen Healthy Choice, Lean Cuisine, etc. or chicken with lots of veggies.
I don't snack all that much just because I'm truly not hungry, but if I do, I have a Quaker Oats cereal bar, or 100 calorie pack pop corn, or 100 calorie pack Oreos. I'm drinking at least 2 sport bottles of water (with crystal lite) each day as well. I'm also doing walk/jog on the treadmill twice a day for 35 minutes each time.
So does anyone know what I can do to help things out? I'm totally open to taking some kind of supplement (Dulcilax maybe??). I'm also looking for a multi vitamin if anyone can suggest one.
