What is the earliest anyone has been able to get on the ship? Also what is the earliest time the rooms have been ready?

Boarding generally begins around 11:15-11:30. Rooms are ready at 1:30.

Either of those times could be a bit earlier, but I wouldn't count on it.

Never known the rooms to be ready prior to 1:30 or at least they don't take the rope down until then.

Rooms are not guaranteed to be ready at 1:30. We had to wait until almost 2:00 last year on the last Southern Carib. It was frustrating but what can you do. Even when they finally let us go to the rooms, the attendant was still running in and out taking care of things like excursion tickets and Castaway Club Gifts.
