Any information on where the day of testing will be held?

For the UK sailings the testing was held at the port terminal and that's how other cruise lines have handled it so far. I'm willing to bet DCL will do the same stateside.

From new information from The Dream Test cruise Vlogs, if you need to take a Covid test before boarding , it is done at the parking garage after you drop you luggage. Once in the parking garage you will be directed to the testing area and it is done in your car. Once you get a negative result, you will then be directed to park your car and you can enter the terminal building.
