Embarkation Day Kids Club/Nursery Hours

First time cruiser here, I was hoping to make a dinner reservation for Palo dinner on embarkation day, I have an 8 year old and a 2 year old. Does anyone know the earliest time the kids and babies can check in?

The nursery will open for booking after the muster drill. At least one of the club/lab spaces will be in secure programming by 5:30.
