No, I say be helpful and kind to the newbies.

I really appreciate the way Pete will take a minute to explain or define some things that might be confusing to a newbie. It really shows that he appreciates everyone who listens to the podcasts, not just the "cool kids" who understand the in jokes and the backstory.

Oh I don't want to be unkind to anyone. I thought it was fun to figure it out by listening that's all! The welcoming vibe is what makes everyone keep listening and coming back to the boards!
