Emailing room requests?

I swore I read on here an email address that people used when their Aulani trip was nearing to email room requests. Perhaps a concierge email or something like that? Anyone know of one?

Isn't there someplace online under your reservation that allows you to make requests? I can't remember for sure if it was Aulani or WDW. But I could swear there is something that allows you to pick lower floor etc. Someone with a better memory than I should chime in soon lol

Just use the "contact us" on the Aulani site.

You might want to call if possible...reason being is I used the "contact us" 2 weeks ago to leave a compliment for a wonderful server we had at the Oleo room and I have yet to hear back. I got the automated response email, but nothing else.

I used the contact us option and I got a response right away and got the room we requested.

I also used the contact us feature on the DVC Member website. I received an email reply, and ended up getting exactly what we requested. We did have to wait until almost 4:30 for the room to be ready, but the sunset view was worth it!
