Emailing Hotels with Special Requests

Hi All

OK, getting close now so I have a few last minute thoughts..

Someone kindly posted an email address for Disney Hotels for Special Requests i.e. we need adjacent rooms. I've had a bit of a search but couldn't find... can anyone oblige?

I seem to remember an optimum time was suggested for emailing them also due to reservations loading on their systems - can anyone help me out with this too please?

I think if you email them about a week before you should be ok. I had to do this when we went in Sept as I wanted connecting rooms with my mum. I just emailed Seqouia Lodge directly and requested connecting rooms on a high floor and enclosed the two reference numbers, they emailed me back the following day to say this was ok.

I was told that bookings are loaded onto the hotels internal systems 5 days before arrival.

I called our hotel (New York) 4 days before and requested adjoining rooms. They still said could not guarantee, but we got our requested rooms.

All staff were english speaking which I was very grateful for - I did practice my bonjour etc before calling though!

DLP prefer that guests contact the hotel either by phone or through the guest relations email address. Individual hotel email addresses are not in the public domain

I emailed both these addresses with request at davy crocketts and we got it!!! never got a reply though by email!
