Emailing Hotel

I've just emailed the dlp guest communications address to ask for interconnecting rooms.

I will also phone them tomorrow ( I like to cover all angles ) but I just wondered if others usually get a reply from them by email - or if they just add it to the booking?

Superfast reply from dlp email address saying that they will request connecting rooms (cannot guarantee) and suggesting I call the hotel directly 3 days before arrival to check

Also answered my question re the pool opening - 7am - 21:45
