I wrote an email to guest services a few days ago. I haven't even gotten a canned response from them. Do they not do that anymore? I really just wanted to know if it was recieved by them. Thanks!
Well, if you ask this on the RB...you may get flames....a lot.
I got a canned response to one of my emails, then responded again and they forwarded it to a supervisor who called my travel agent. I was pleased that they just didn't ignore it. You will probably get a response this week.
