We are booked into Dream Castle near DLP next week, we booked online through a 3rd party. Thing is, we booked through a 3rd party last year and when I checked in Dream Castle had no record of us. I was all sorted by them in 10 minutes and they said that their (Dream Castle) reservations were at fault for not passing our information to the front desk.
As I don't want this to happen again I want to email them, so...
How soon before I go do you think they will be able to check my reservation?
