The E-Mail you sent the letter to is a standard office for Disney Guest Relations. The usuall response time is within a two weeks working on a 6 day business week period. However, please remember now that a Hurricane has gone directly through Orlando and just east of WDW that it may take just a little while longer. Have you tried contacting the resort or park directly asking to speak with the area manager? If asked, what the problem is by the operator, just responded with, "It's personal and only speak to that person". The WDW operators are told/asked to try and take care of all problems, just let them know, that you want the specific person for the area. Even, cast members have problems getting past the operator some days but it can be done. If the operator seems not to be helpful, then simply ask to speak with their "LEAD DESK"...end of story. Try this and see what happens.
