emailing complaints

I sent an e-mail to guest services last year regarding a rate offering (on behalf of another family member). They received a phone call from a Rep and they took care of the matter very expeditiously.
 
i sent one about two weeks ago, but as yet have only received the stock, "We received your comment. It is important to us. We will respond." I also sent a letter to Disney....no response to it either.
 
I did recieve an email back asking for a phone number and the best time to call. It stated I would recieve a call in the next few weeks. That was about 3 weeks ago and I have not heard back yet. But they did aknowledge the complaint.
 

I sent in my complaint a few days ago so I guess I'll have to wait and see how long before I will get a reply.

I waited almost 3 weeks before I got a reply, when it came it asked for a phone number and appropriate date and time so they could call. Phone call came two days later.
 
The E-Mail you sent the letter to is a standard office for Disney Guest Relations. The usuall response time is within a two weeks working on a 6 day business week period. However, please remember now that a Hurricane has gone directly through Orlando and just east of WDW that it may take just a little while longer. Have you tried contacting the resort or park directly asking to speak with the area manager? If asked, what the problem is by the operator, just responded with, "It's personal and only speak to that person". The WDW operators are told/asked to try and take care of all problems, just let them know, that you want the specific person for the area. Even, cast members have problems getting past the operator some days but it can be done. If the operator seems not to be helpful, then simply ask to speak with their "LEAD DESK"...end of story. Try this and see what happens.
 
I had E-Mailed a complaint to that address and it took about 2 weeks for a confirmation that they had received it, then about another 3 weeks for a phone call.
 
I sent an email on Aug 8th and received an automated response on Aug 12th stating it would be a few weeks before I would received a response to my concerns.
 
I did get an email on the 17th and a call the same night so it took about 4 days to get a reply back. Glad I got to speak with a real person about my complaint.
