Email to complain about parking situation

I have been stuck in a complete gridlocked not moving at all parking lot at least once a year after an AZ Cardinals game. It is incredibly frustrating and you are just left to wonder, why isn't ANYONE moving?! Then after 60-90 minutes.... Poof. Everyone is able to move and quickly leave. It's the strangest thing and seemingly random. The Cardinals like to win or lose in the last two minutes, so everyone leaving at once is common, more common than the gridlock. It sounds like it was a perfect storm of traffic clusters that day, which ultimately led to the parking lot being awful. I'm not sure what Disney can do.... Besides build a massive parking structure across Harbor. Oh wait... They are. Eventually.
