Email survey re My Disney Exp

For our upcoming October trip to BW, we linked our info on My Disney Experience this last week. Tuesday we received an email asking us to take a survey on the whole experience. Anyone else get this?

Mostly it was just rating the various areas and the ease or difficulty of entering info. I hope they will use the info to improve the website.

I got one after my recent quick visit.

They did not get a good recommendation. I pointed out it was easier to plan to take a group of 10 teens to Europe then try to deal with their systems. (And yes, I have done both. LOL!)

I didn't get an email to review MDE but I did get an email to review hotels (villas) and restaurants. However, I couldn't complete anything because it wouldn't allow me to write anything. I find most of Disney on line experiences not to be user friendly at all.

I did. I was able to write a little narrative on the things I didn't rate highly.
